came across this a little while ago - it's pretty good - basically sends all dns requests for adverts/trackers/etc into black hole - so you don't need ad blockers - and because it works at the dns level, it works on all devices.
I've got it running on a pi, and it was pretty simple to set up (you can even see from my graph where my BB connection cut out last night)
I'm still working through the teething problems of quidco, since you need tracking to work, but on the whole I'm pretty happy with it
