General, the days of DVD and Blu-Ray are passing us by. Everything in the future and to a great extent eve now will be on local HDD or Cloud storage.
That said video compression has come on leaps and bounds. More episodes on a disc it you want a physical back-up.
2x 350Mb eps per disc goes back to the SVCD days not 4.5Gb or 9Gb single or dual layer DVD's or even the larger capacity of Blu-Ray discs of today.
I still enjoy doing them occasionally as I find it relaxing. I also Admin a site for them, totally free just requires registration.
