So, in summary..
Someone has to allow you to keep any info that can personally identify them, and you need to record that assent.
You can’t use their info for any purpose other than what you said you would.
The info has to be accurate and kept securely.
Have a named person responsible for this info
You have to delete their info when requested.
Sounds fair to me...
