Thats weird because I checked several times, to the point of paranoia, with the retention guy that it was the VHD that was being replaced not the TIVO. He also put a £20 charge on my bill, which I had to get refunded. Maybe he was having a bad day ! The nice overseas team sorted it all out for me, it was the UK end that cocked up.

It's not immediately apparent what the cable is for, not something I've had to do with any other VM box, why wasn't it built with the right connection ?
