Looks like the Tories compertence has stuck again.
They sent out a WhatsApp message to all Tory MPs that Chris Grayling would be Party Chairman.
A Times Reporter also heard this this morning.
And the Conservative Twitter account tweeted this picture:
The problem? Chris Grayling has not been made Party Chairman
