If you wanted to report something other than to youtube who would it be?

My 4 year old watches programs on youtube like peppa pig, pocoyo, kids playing in soft play areas, stuff age related.

But like youtube does now every 4 mins or so adverts pop up, She was watching kids running around a play area and the advertisement for "IT" showed up.

Now I know Youtube state 13+ age wise because some advertisments are not age appropriate but these videos are not something a 13+ year old would watch.

seems daft to stick 18 rated content onto small childrens videos
