Your first test, Think broadband, compares a single thread test with multi-thread to help you understand the quality of your connection. Ideally, both tests should give similar results. Your best speed of >300Mb is a lot better than I get. I never get more than 180Mb on TBB. I sometimes wonder if there is a problem with the connection between TBB servers and parts of the VM network.
