-New Sky Q 2Tb boxes installed since 19th October have a new type of touch remote.
-Touch only works on the ffw and rwd bits at the top, the play/pause is a button.
-In the centre bit only the ring around is touch sensitive, the central "select" button isn't touch sensitive.
-You can turn off the touch functionality via the setup menu on your box as long as you have Q5 or newer firmware running.
