As Dezo has quite
rightly put it you get what is in the engineers van .Some days we have a mix but at the moment we are only getting pace boxes in this area .We have to put up with this nearly every day and we are getting sick of it .Some customers will not let us fix faults if we have not got samsung box .One customer would not let the installers put in her cable tv as they did not have a silver box .It is getting very childish they both do the same thing and when installed properly they work just as well.
