TV3, B3 and 3e will have programme rights for the Republic of Ireland but are unlikely to hold programme rights for the UK. ITV is unlikely to allow their own content to be aired in the UK by another broadcaster. UK rights for many other programmes will be held by other broadcasters in the UK. So if VM tries to go down this road, the content would be very different to that on the Irish channels.
