If you were able to grab a few minutes to enjoy the full article, you will also see it begins "The Government’s announcement last week that the UK will ban the sale of petrol and diesel cars by 2040, and redouble its efforts to promote the uptake of electric vehicles, is a positive step in the UK’s decarbonisation journey".
