I wonder if the message is because the Netflix server thinks you are trying to overcome a geo-blocking rule. Did you ever do this in the past via a smart DNS service?
One other thing to consider is to delete any Netflix cookies and flush the browser cache. Try different browsers.

I already tried everything, Different browsers and different DNS, it made no difference I feel i am repeating myself
