Sky OD: HD programs giving Error 319

Ok so there's an ongoing problem with, mainly it seems Sky, HD OD programs and Error-319 since a while.

Official advice on the community forum is to retry affected programs after a few days, and they should work. That, or try to report examples via either the forum or CS and wait a few days.

I've found a few affected Sky Cinema films for which these 2 methods simply aren't working.. I've tried the faults-CS route but the first time it resulted in offshore-CS sending a field-tech out who just told me that was "how it was", the second time round offshore-CS apparently were going to report the list I provided and get them sorted. Needless to say...

I'm presuming these are likely to just be individual program faults, I just wish VM had a better way of reporting these....
