To be fair, only a minority are having severe problems such as these. That's not to diminish the frustration they feel, but one shouldn't assume that we are all experiencing these problems because that is not the case.

Personally, I would not put up with the problems that some describe on here. I would just have to grit my teeth and move over to the dark side if VM were unable to put things right within a suitable timescale.

I assume that the grave problems that some are experiencing are legacy issues inherited from previous cable companies. If that is indeed the case, it is 2016 now and I would have thought that the length of time Virgin Media and ntl/Telewest have been in control would be sufficient time to get them addressed.

The one universal problem has been the increasing slowness of the Tivo, but thankfully that now seems to be sorted with the advent of the V6.
