Is aintree aka the L10 area on the knowsley headend or liverpool? Or do headends no longer exist??

Apparently knowlseys utilisation issues are being dealt with but i have no clue if im in that.

Its been 4 years of utilisation so im thoroughly excited to be eventually disappointed
