BBC 3 being added back to 106 was to be expected, it avoids or lessens any pressure on VM by the DCMS to promote local tv channels to that slot.
But who would have thought that BBC Three SD Old & BBC Three HD Old would be re-added to the NIT & SDT in early December? Presumably blanket placeholders for any pop-up BBC channels using the CBBC downtime. |

The only difference between the two is that one carries greyhound racing and the other doesn't, so ice hockey should be available if it comes to VM.

I wonder if VM Ireland do get this, perhaps they could also get an agreement to put it onto VM UK?
I suspect that when people were asking for 4K content to be added, that fashion parades probably weren't what they had in mind, but it would be very useful to have a linear 4K channel in the minimum package for people to test out & have a play with their new 4K TV's.
