I know that.

The specific use of "activation fee" seems odd though.
Basically all they are doing is sugar-coating it. Into a few separate sub categories and "buzzwords", activation fee.. installation e.t.c
It all sounds better to the customer spread out is the thought!
Of course, definitely not only virgin who does it.
