The TiVo EPG listing isn't prefixed by the word 'Freeview', so I presume it's a Sky only thing.

I asked some satellite enthusiasts about this and they said that Insight HD was FTA on Sky, but is now FTV for some reason, but it's still free.
The UHD test channel (now on Sky EPG number 998 for 4K receivers only) is showing FTA extended promos of UHD programming from various channels, including Insight, Fashion 4K etc.
