Children left living in squalor by rogue landlords

http://www.itv.com/news/london/2016-...gue-landlords/

Sadly this is nothing new. We have rogue Landlords all over London and the home counties.

In parts of London, we have the term of Bed in Sheds. These rogue Landlords buy old houses, and immediately get people moving in. An then go to the DHSS and get loads of people in and then reap the benefit's.

Some twenty years ago, my daughter was living with a boy friend, and move several times to private Landlords.

I found out that she had a ONE ROOM in Hounslow, l went to the address, and came across a house, that had serious fire in it. The whole entrance plus two rooms were gutted by fire. Several days before. And you could smell the smoke

The Landlord, had THREE people in this house, including my daughter. And the DHSS was paying the rent still.

When l approached the DHSS to inform them of this. they were totally shocked by what l told them.

Luckily, my daughter is married to someone else.

But if rogue landlords know they can get away with it. They will
