Kix was removed from its original transport stream and Kix Power appeared on a different one. The new location is usually used for VM service downloads / apps etc, suggesting that Kix Power could be a VOD or IPTV app or just a temporary service. I'll check the details when I receive the SDT analysis later tonight.
