It's all symbolic nonsense. Like moving Parliament out of Westminster to see the 'real country'. Never mind that such an idea is silly, never mind it could cost more as we have to shift Whitehall and never mind how idiotic it would be to funnel up visitors, world leaders and NGOs up to Birmingham it's all to send a message.
