It's not encrypted either from what I have heard, presumably encryption will be added shortly.
I've not actually had time to analyse the last scans I received in much detail but I did notice that they show that
Kix has been added to the SDT, no video, audio streams etc available at present.

It will be nice to see how this develops, the report is a bit vague. Maybe the new HD channel will be coming soon to VM. I guess March 2017 is "soon" as far as this thread is concerned.
