I would imagine a number of options are being weighed and considered at the minute and nothing is fully finalised. Some of the largest voices for parliament knowing everything are also strong voices for remain so I doubt they are acting purely in the nations interest.
No one's asking for detail, just the over-arching strategy would be helpful to enable businesses to plan effectively.
