To be fair, theone, this is not the experience of all VM customers.
While the Tivo has slowed over the last year for me (although it may just be that my box is on the way out), Customer Services has always been excellent in my experience and I have never experienced broadband problems. There are times when we have Amazon on through the Smart TV, two or three tablets on the go and a couple of mobiles in use, all using the wi-fi without issues.
It is certainly a good plan to wait for the V6 Tivo, hopefully available from 1 December, but your remarks about VM are more than a little unfair, I feel. But then again, you wouldn't disagree that you have personal issues with them!

Ofcourse not mate i can only go by my own experience there are most likely hundreds of thousands if not millions of customers who have no issues at all with the tivo boxes.
It's no secret i have a grudge against vm with very good reason too.
