Current customers have a choice to stay as they are, as ntl said customers who
want to upgrade to the newer speeds need to pay a £25 administration fee. If you are on the 750K service and you do want to pay for the newer speeds your connection will rise from 750K to 2MB with a 30GB per month bandwidth usage restriction.
