Well, I didn't so had to escelate matters. CS effectively shrugged their shoulders and said if you want to leave, we won't stop you. He was also slurring his words to the point that he was incomprehensible (which is being dealt with internally).

They aren't able to offer a set date as yet, but as soon as one is available in my area, I'll be getting one
