You can vote for an app but only if:
1) It has launch in 2016.
2) Have an EPG Channel number.
It look like we are not set to have an round 2 as just one channel name has been given to us by PM.

We have seen unconfirm rumours that Heart Extra is set to be rebrand as Heart Extra Xmas on Virgin UK Channel 921 on November 12th.
