Recording and Youtube problems
For over a week my sister has had programmes she has recorded freezing and breaking up and the same happening on Youtube.Rebooting the box has no effect.She phoned Virgin and they did something down the phone also to no effect.
Today they said there is a known fault in her area,Liverpool,4,and it should be fixed about the 23rd of this month.
I also live in the Liverpool 4 area but do not have any problems.What is the fault?
