For me it's no issue to connect to Netflix and Amazon through the Smart TV app instead of using the Tivo box. It's probably a lot quicker to be honest.
There are still an awful lot of people who don't have a Smart TV or a streaming box, UC. While I accept that this does nothing for you and me, there will be many viewers who think this is really good. Having it all on one box is particularly useful, provided it is fast. The V6 promises this.

A good move by Virgin, I'd say.
