Yes, I think Sky has a bit of a dilemma here - does it give its customers what they want and risk people reducing their spend with it or does it sit by and watch people buy Firesticks and Apple TVs and subscribe to Netflix and Amazon anyway? The middle road of offering access to those subscribers who take Sky Cinema looks a bit mean. If such users downgraded, then Sky would look a bit mean of it stopped them accessing Amazon and Netflix. Will be interested to see how it plays out.
In terms of significance, it's more significant than VM getting Fox News but less significant than the new V6 box being launched.

They may test the water at some point on the Now TV box , allow users to add Netflix and Amazon services and see how it impacts on subscribers numbers and spend.
