mrmistoffelees. I do read the article. The article was stated by the Trust that runs the biggest chain of Foodbnks in the Country.
Since the Tories took over, these Food Banks have quardrupled in this time. This is down to the severe cuts, and benefit cuts that have lead to this.
Its very typical of the Government to say it isn't connected due to cuts.
If l wasn't working, l would have to use one. My benefit would be £72.00 per week - and yes, l have checked
The Social take into account of what my son gets. If he went for another benefit - he has been told by the Social that he will lose his benefit totally.
Food banks - you need a voucher from the Social Service's to get the Food Bank stuff.
My son lost 50% of his benefit. He cannot work, as he has to be 'shadowed' either by my wife who is 24 our carer or him at £60.00 per week. Or myself.
