I don't think so, i know BT are investing heavily into tv with rumours of their own entertainment channel surfacing too.
BT certainly have the funds to go head to head with SKY for content rights and live sport.
VM will just sit back and leech from other providers, nothing wrong with that imo just good business why pay hundreds of millions for content when you can get a deal with the likes of SKY,BT etc to carry their content.
This could however backfire on vm if SKY and BT suddenly decide they don't want anyone else carrying their content then it's game over for VM tv wise, however this is unlikely to happen but VM are falling behind both SKY and BT already have 4k content and devices out, not sure if talktalk do.
