Re: Offer smaller portions, chip shops urged

I think people at 'risk' need to find that balance of both. As my own experience above, I got sick and in the end just made it simple for myself in rotating between taking meals to work and ordering something. I know and have met people that actually live on takeaways. These same people are the type of people that have actually convinced themselves anything from the Chinese could be considered healthy and a battered cod from the chippy is fish and thus good, despite the batter and the fact it's been deep fried.

The logic that Big Mac = Unhealthy so Lettuce + Big Mac = much better.

All in all however, it's free will. Doesn't affect me, it's their own choice to make.
