Yup, there's a whole load of tosh talked about how expensive it is to buy and prepare good food but too many people would rather exist on ready meals, fast food, take-ways and the like which cost far more and are often packed full of fat, sugar and salt to boot. It doesn't cost that much to eat well if you shop around, take proper advantage of good offers etc. Cooking bulk meals is also a money saver since it's also usually possible to freeze any excess to provide quick and easy meals on other occasions. It's not rocket science.
