Possibly, but Sony tend to repeat content across their channels, so that isn't conclusive evidence of a future merger.

The listings feeds for both True Drama and True Movies 2 have disappeared rather than being replaced with listings for the +1 timeshifts. Sony sometimes uses +1 timeshifts as fillers before launching new services, so the space could be reserved for new services (or even reserved to bring more>movies / moviemix back to Sky). I wouldn't like to predict what will actually happen.
