upstream is absolutely fine but you still might have some problems with the downstream. The powers levels are spot on but if I remember correctly your snr should be 33+ and those 24's defo look too low. That was a few years ago though and it might have changed with all the upgrades they are doing and the new kit/technology going in.

Edit: interestingly, there is a direct correlation between the channel frequency and the snr (the lowest frequency has the lowest snr and it goes up incrementally and the highest frequency has the highest snr). I don't know how it all works so it might be a coincidence that due to the channels you are on (my bonding group is in the 130's) that you don't need a high snr. I have just had a look at mine and the majority of my channels are above 300mhz which is why the snr's are 36 and 37.
