I wouldn't ever expect Now TV to come to Virgin Media's TV service, just in the same way as I wouldn't expect to ever see it on the Sky Q box.
Now TV duplicates the content that you get via the main pay services of Virgin Media and Sky, so there isn't any reason for it to exist on their main TV boxes.
