Apologies for any confusion and I didn't mean to cause any offence. I intended to get across that it was your opinion that VM were not proactive and I suggested some ways in which they might be seen as proactive.

Agreed, but I can't see any other reason as to why E! would not be on VM except money eg it's not technological, it's not that the two companies haven't done other deals.
