I rang VM up to do exactly that yesterday. I asked about the deal new customers get and they've given me nine months for £99. Not as good as new customers but I don't want to leave VM and that's a fair price. Was told to ring back in nine months and they will most likely continue the discount.

Give them a ring and you should get a deal.

On a separate note, I don't seem to be able to watch Sky Sports or Sky Cinema on my phone, iPad or laptop.

Phoned up and was told it's because of an issue with the move to new bundle names.

Anyone else having the same problem?
