We need to make a distinction between, smart, pushing the boundaries play and outright 'dirty' play.
Until that elbow last week I would not say that I have seen any outright dirty play from Aguero but that certainly was.
Some players are smart, some are a bit reckless but only a few are out and out dirty players who fully intend to cause physical harm to opponents.
For my money one of the dirtiest and most cowardly players of the last 30 odd years was Graham Souness, often portrayed as a hard man but most of the time went over the ball or into another players back whilst making sure the ref wasn't looking then quickly moving away.
