I appreciate your problems far exceed mine in so many ways but I have the burden of trying to do what's right for an adult child who's reliant upon me and the decisions I make on his behalf. Any carer is "one in a million" and are worth their weight in gold. They are to be applauded for all the dedication they have, the care they give and the unwavering sense of duty that makes them what they are.
The last thing they need is the obvious scaremongering that this thread is proving to be.
