I didn't check the CMTS MAC address before the IP change so I have no idea if the changes happened before, after or at the same time as each other. "Reroute" was Homeworks term for what they had done. Interesting that I am still connected via the troublesome Arris card.If a CMTS software change is part of the solution, I guess VM will be getting onto that really quickly.
