No, it's for one sky + box. I tried adding multi room but that isn't discounted. I priced up sky q, was similar to what I'm paying now (£58) but I don't think I'd use any of it's features tbh. Retention have said there's nothing they can offer me right now, my deal ends in a month and will revert to ~£90, but apparently there will be better offers in September. They also said that uploads will be increased in September, I presume this will already have been discussed on site but I haven't looked around.
