The Sky Sports Mix HD placeholder points at TSid 23 which is currently carrying BBC Olympics HD 4 to 8. I would think that 5 MPEG2 HD services on a single transport stream would be too many, so you probably right about that one.

When Virgin Media UK do launch MB HQ think they will be on the following channels numbers:

NOTE: Movie Mix and Movies 4 Men will only appear before Sky Cinema HD if Virgin Media UK moved Film4 channels and also put Sky Cinema HD Channels but by 10.
