Thanks for taking the time to respond to my post.

I seen a technician in the street during the week, I told him my problem and showed him my power levels and he showed me inside my cabinet and he moved me to another tap as he said they needed boosting. I did say to him is it possible it could be the amp he said if it was the amp lots of customers from around my area would be ringing in saying there Broadband and TV are not working.

By the way, from what I seen the cab it looked ok. I was directly connected to the tap, like all the other customers. I have heard on here some customers are sharing taps with splitters involved, which is classed as a oversubscribed cab.
