I said when selling there TV side that was a mistake. Content is king. They have two options for the TV business go premium or go cheap. The half way house they doing at the moment isnt working. Cheap option is do what someone else said just offer the TV free on top of broadband make the difference in volume. Other options go premium less customers but more willing to pay the bigger bucks. They could go buying content, make a radically different box (pure streaming, unlimited "storage" for catchup, everything on demand) sort of thing. TV viewing is changing and my family dont watch live tv bar sport or Im a celeb etc.
