Signed up to virgin over 3 months ago install date is the 12th august day before my sky service ends. Last week i got a text from virgin saying before we install your services we need to install a cable from the street to your house do you want to be in for this. With a yes no reply option.

I text no as im always at work. This was over a week ago nothing has been done. Just wondering if i need to contact virgin or is it just done a day or two before the install date . Dont want to be without broadband. Any advice or help ?
