Oh not again Arthur get off the foreign aid bandwagon will you we do not give unconditionally there are always parts of it that benefit the UK and provide jobs for people in the UK. You have been going on about it for so long I'd have thought you might have actually done a tiny bit of reading up on it.

The villains here are the pharmaceutical companys who exaggerate r&d costs to inflate the price of drugs and already overcharge anyway but have to be realistic so in order to change how they operate I'd add another five years to patents not perfect but better then how things are now.
