Does anyone know if the current prices are only available to new customers or available to those who are already on a SIM only deal?

Reason I ask is that if I log in to my account and choose to upgrade tariff I get the old tariffs not the current ones.

As an example current £10 tariff gives 2500 minutes and 2Gb data, while via my account £10.16 gives 2500 minutes and 1Gb data.
