Up until the last price rise i was paying just over £50 a month for Phone line, evening and weekend calls, 150MB broadband, and XL TV (1 TIVO and 1 V+HD). I have been hounded several times a week for months to take Sky Movies or Sports or both at various rates. The cheapest being £18 a month for 3 months for both which would have been £70. I don't think £55 for the TV is too much to ask when you have things like NOW TV and extremely low Sky prices for new customers now is a good time to barter with Virgin.
